Essay

The place of types of bonuses is certain in the structure of payment as a possible reward and sallary as the real reward. Bonuses are classified on different criteria, that allowed to prove that any bonuses have identical encouraging legal nature, but different legal modes. Position is argued about expedience of differentiating of concepts of bonus and awards and dependence of efficiency of the systems of awards from correct determination of legal value of its elements (indexes, condition of awards and depremirovaniya (deprivation of bonus)).
