Essay

The results of clinical-paraclinical inspections of 174 applicants of high educational institutions of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine allowed to improve diagnostic criteria of medical selection of future collaborators of organs of International Affairs. Prognostic aspects of pre and perinatal periods as factors of risk of possible derangement of compensative possibilities attached to higher physical and psychoaffective weights of the future collaborates of organs of Internal Affairs where defined more exactly. Neuropsychological neurophysiological and neurovisual features of applicants who had action of unfavourable factors of pre and perinatal periods where close studied. It was detected that neurpsychological changes (index of speed of distribution and change attention speed of refinement of information functional mobility nervous processes) (p<0,05) neuropsychological changes when electro-encephalography inspectintg (p=0,004) for sure more often detect in applicants with neurologic symptoms. Neuroimaginale changes weredetected in half of them. On the base of results of complex clinical- anamnestic, clinical, neuropshological examination for improvement of medical selecting algoritm of experts estimation of state of nervous system of applicants of applicants of high educational institutions of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was proposed.
