Object - anesthesia in outpatient surgery; purpose - optimized schemes of total intravenous anesthesiа in outpatient surgery; methods - general clinical, laboratory, instrumental, methods of diagnostic landmarking patients (test Bidway, test Shulte), scale of sedation Ramsey, scale postoperation recovery Aldrete, statistics; the results - the first time it is used the method of complex approach to anesthesia in outpatient surgery – from analysis of different variants in postsurgical period service, with defining the most effective among them, to controlled rehabilitation of the outpatients of “day-surgery”.It is determined the appropriateness of the use of optimized schemes of total intravenous anesthesia combined with the method of “preventive analgesia” for the patients which were exposed to ambulatory and littleinvasion surgical interferences.Efficiency and safety of the offered chart of total intravenous anesthesia is first conditioned for patients with the separate compensated difficult clinical cases of concomitant pathology.First worked out and the inculcated method of the controlled from distance supervision on the state patients in a remote postsurgical period.At impossibility of the use of benzodiasepine in preanesthetic medication for patients (mainly with the degree of anesthetic risk of АSА) worked out and inculcated method of premedication in clinical practice with the use of propofol, that provides rapid renewal in a postsurgical period.On the indicated methods it is got in a coauthor 2 declarative patents of Ukraine on useful models; branch – medicine.
