Voytiv Y. Prophylaxis and treatment of intestinal insufficiency at peritonitis (experimental-clinical investigation).

The object is a parafunction intestine at peritonitis; the aims – improvement results of treatment of patients with peritonitis; the methods - clinical, laboratory, histological, histochemistry, instrumental, statistical; the novelty – first expedience of selection of 3 degrees of parafunctions intestine is scientifically grounded at peritonitis: intestinal dysfunction, intestinal insufficiency and intestinal insolvency; the results - informing diagnostic criteria and algorithms of treatment-and-prophylactic actions are developed for the different degrees of parafunction intestine at peritonitis; it is inculcated in work of surgical establishments of practical health care; the field is surgery.
