Essay

Subject: the process of labour force management at agricultural enterprises. Goal: foundation of theoretical and development of practical approaches to labour using management at agricultural enterprises. Methods: logical, monographic, system analysis, time series, graphical, factor analysis, regression, SWOT analysis etc. Results: theoretical approaches in definition of socio-economic essence of labour force in agricultural enterprises are generalized. The system of actions aimed to improvement of labour force use is developed. Novelty: the definition "life-labour fund" is offered, the concept of labour force using management is grounded.
