The special principles of the legal regulation of the relations concerning the information obtaining by the public authorities of Ukraine are first formulated in the thesis, these principles include: accuracy and completeness of the information provided to the public authorities; timeliness of the information obtaining by the public authorities of Ukraine; the privacy information obtaining by the public authorities of Ukraine with the consent of a natural person; the rights’ equality of the Ukrainian public authorities and the other informational relations participants to the public information obtaining; the establishing of the legal responsibility for the violation of the Ukrainian public authority right to obtain information.
