Malysh N. Epidemiologic characteristic of nosocomial infections at premature newborn children

The dissertation is devoted to a scientific substantiation of efficiency of introduction of the standards of system of infectious control (IC), and also development of the practical approaches under the prevention of nosocomial infections in department of preterm newborn. For the first time with use of IC elements, in particular data of epidemiologic analysis and microbiological monitoring, the complex analysis of an epidemic situation in department of preterm newborn is carried out. The valid level and dynamics of illness on pyoinflammatory diseases, especially on nosocomial infections was established. For the first time with use of standard definitions of a case of each nosological form of an infection was established a background level of illness on nosocomial infections in department of preterm newborn. The correlation between different endogenous and exogenous risk factors with development of concrete nosological forms of an infection was determined.
