A theoretic generalisation is presented in the dissertation as well as a new solution for the timely scientific task of lowering obstetric and perinatal pathology at women with the threat of miscarriage on the background of iodine deficit diseases that means prognosis, prophylaxis and treating this pathology on the base of studying iodine provision of the organism, the functional state of the thyroid, phetoplacental complex, biochemical changes and contractive activity of the uterus.
