Subject of research is damage of nervous system at chronic alcoholic intoxication; purpose is to improve diagnostics and to optimize treatment in patients with nervous system damage at chronic alcoholic intoxication on the basis of clinical and paraclinical indexes' complex analysis in the course of treatment; methods - general clinical, double X-ray absorbtiometry, immunologic, biochemical, statistical, mathematical; novelty - firstly on the basis of clinical and paraclinical investigation the peculiarities of bone tissue state, content of vitamins A and E, level of endogenous intoxication were studied, its dependence from duration of alcohol abuse, leading clinical syndromes, presence of somatic pathology due to the alcohol abuse and the age of patients was analyzed; firstly correlation between clinical-neurological signs of chronic alcoholic intoxication, stage of bone tissue changes, level of lipid peroxidation disorders, content of vitamins A and E, immunological disorders, level of endogenous intoxication, changes of peripheral neuromotor apparatus state and brain bioelectrical activity was studied; usage of new generation complex vitamin-mineral medication of Calcium in patients with neurological disorders at chronic alcoholic intoxication on the background of osteodeficiency was proved; its positive influence on clinical picture, densitometry indexes, immunological and biochemical parameters was established; results - performed investigations prove that state of bone tissue is an additional criteria of different clinical-neurological variants of neurological disorders at chronic alcoholic intoxication and it should be taken into consideration while definition of adequacy and effectiveness of treatment, it was established that immunological parameters, state of lipid peroxidation and level of endogenous intoxication can be additional parameters while evaluation of neurological disorders severity at chronic alcoholic intoxication and level of bone tissue loss, this will increase effectiveness of treatment; usage of Vitrum Osteomag in patients with neurological disorders at chronic alcoholic intoxication on the background of osteodeficiency was pathogenetically proved. Its positive influence on clinical, densitometry, immunological and biochemical indexes was established
