Essay

The thesis focuses on the urgent problems of syntactic transposition theory and functioning of case and preposition-case forms of noun. Theoretical problems have been examined against the background of the modern Ukrainian morphological and syntactic structure. The problem of transposition syntactic adverbial potential of case and preposition-case forms, principles of classification, varieties of transposition have been ascertained, correlation of syntatism and analytism in the modern Ukrainian grammatical system, external (adverbial) orientation of initial noun word classes has been analyzed.
