Essay

The research goal was to decrease the frequency of adhesive processes after organ-preserving endosurgery in patients with leipmyoma uteri and external genital endometriosis by the development of preventive and curative method of postoperative adhesions management. There was stated that the frequency of adhesion process after the organ-preserving surgery amongst patients with leiomyoma uteri is equal to 65%, whereas the severity of adhesions depends on the volume of surgery. This index was equal to 20-80% amongst patients with endometriosis and depends both on volume of surgery and disease stage.Developed algorithm of prediction and prevention of pelvic adhesions amongst patients after endosurgery of leiomyoma uteri and external genital endometriosis by the analysis of NA activity and rate of IL4, IL6, IL10 and IL12 at the preoperative stage allows determining the risk group for pelvic adhesions. There was developed the program of complex prevention which improved treatment outcomes, i.e. pain syndrome was decreased in 1.8 folds, the frequency of adhesion relapses was diminished by 20% by the data of second-look laparoscopy.
