Drobotun O. Coloristic of the Ukrainian prose of the period of modernism (on the material of the short stories by M. Kotsiubynsky, O. Kobylianska, V. Vynnychenko)

We made the attempt in the dissertation to discover the semantics and the psychosemantics of the coloristic means of the modernistic Ukrainian prose, that helps to analyse the coloristic from the position of the archetypical meanings of color and gives the possibility to penetrate into the psychostructure of the author using the new achievements of the psychology of color (psychosemantics). We analyzed the theories and the definitions of the color in the traditional science and in the modern psychology, systematized the notion about the essence of the color in the humanistic paradigm. The possibilities of the determination of some elements of psychostructure of the author through the "decoding" of the psychostructure of the coloratives with the help of the interpretating tables of the personal color Lusher's test were examined (the short stories by O. Kobylianska, V. Vynnychenko were taken as an example).
