The research carried out is devoted to the searching of the ways of optimization of hypolipidemic therapy at patients suffering from ischemic heart disease and hypertension with the higher functional condition liver with preparation omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid and ubihinon. It's recommend new data of hypolipidemic and nonhypolipidemic effects of treatment and advantages of treatment at patients with the higher functional condition liver.
