Essay

Object of research - eczema. Research objective - increase of treatment efficiency of patients with eczema by working out of a well-founded method of treatment on basis of studying of immune homeostasis, peroxidation of lipids and antioxidant protection. Research methods: clinical (the analysis of complaints, the anamnesis and objective condition), biochemical (definition primary and intermediate metabolites of peroxidaion of lipids and activity of enzym of antiperoxidative actions by spectrophotometric method, definition of antioxidizing activity factor, immunological (definition of lymphocyte subpopulations of blue blood with help of monoclonal antibodies, definition of antibodies). The dissertation deals with the urgent problem in modern dermatology, i. e. improvement of therapy technique for eczema patients considering the data obtained in the course of studying the changes in lipid peroxide oxidation (LPO): estimation of malonic dialdegide, dienic conjugates, catalase activity; and immune processes: estimation of lymphocyte subpopulation and of immunoglobulins. It has been experimentally found and theoretically substantiated that antioxidant preparations have influence on LPO correction. A step - by - step complex therapy technique using reamberin and thiotriazoline, which ensures the recovery of pathologically changed indices of LPO and immune system to normal and the achievement of efficient results in the treatment of eczema, has been worked out. Results of work are introduced in practical work of Lvov city dermato-venerological dispensary and Lvov regional dermato-venerological dispensary. Materials are used in pedagogical process on department of therapy №2 and dermatology, venereology FPGE of Danylo Halytskyi Lviv National Medical University. Use area - dermatology.
