Essay

Thesis deals with the problem of future psychologist's subjectivity development. Theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical researches is made. Conceptual approaches to studying the problem of future psychologists' subjectivity development, in the context of high vocational training, are defined. Future psychologist's subjectivity is viewed as personality's integral feature in which the following four hands can be emphasized: subjectivity as internality, subjectivity as productivity regarding personal feelings, subjectivity as independence in social and interpersonal relationships, subjectivity as ability for self-determination. Criteria and indices of subjectivity level development are defined. Data on the levels of future psychologists' subjectivity development were presented. Value and motivational area as well as empirical values of future psychologists' subjectivity were investigated.Psychological and pedagogical conditions of future psychologists' subjectivity development were determined. The program of psychological and pedagogical accompaniment of future psychologists' subjectivity development was developed and approved.
