Al-Nayif O. Organizational and economic fundamentals of ecotechnoparks' formation as the innovative structures of sustainable development.

In the research theoretical analysis of existent representations of the concept of sustainable development is carried out, essence and classification of ecological innovations is given and their role in the model of transformation to sustainable development is estimated, the essence of ecologization of innovative activity is researched, the structured model of ecologically directed innovative process is improved. International and domestic trends in the development of innovative structures are studied, the generalized classification scheme and the scheme of interaction of innovative structures are worked out. The modern concept of ecotechnopark as organizational form of innovative structures of sustainable development is formulated, conceptual model of ecologization of innovative activity in a model of existent ecotechnopark is developed and the model of interaction between structural and functional elements in the organizational and economic maintaining of ecotehnopark's functioning is carried up. Economic and organizational-managerial instruments and financial flows of ecotechnopark are systematized. The organizational-economic structure of the regional ecotechnopark as a mean of solution of ecological problems in the direction of clean production and resource-and energy-saving technologies is worked out, four-level management structure of regional ecotehnopark is built and methodological approaches to assessment of efficiency of ecotehnopark's activity are developed.
