Essay

Object of research - recurring candidiasis vulvovaginitis, caused by funguses Candida-non-albicans and Candida albicans in association with sexually transmitted infections. Research objective - increase of treatment efficiency of recurring candidiasis vulvovaginitis on the basis of studying clinical, immunological, microbiological characteristics, finding-out of role of funguses Candida-non-albicans and Candida albicans, associated with sexually transmitted infections, and working out of scientifically well-founded algorithm of therapy. Research methods: clinical, microbiological, immunological, biochemical, statistical. The dissertation is devoted to rise of the efficacy of treatment of the recurring candidiasis vulvovaginitis (RCV) by developing the complex method of the system and local treatment considering etiology and the immune status. Under our surveillance there were 112 women of the main group with RCV, 30 women with RCV from the comparative group and 20 healthy women. 80% of the cases of RCV were caused by the funguses of Candida-albicans type, while 20% of those with the Candida-non-albicans. It has been developed the method of the treatment of RCV with the prescription of the system antimicotic, local treatment and usage of the Trivit-Se-KV. The control over recovery was held during 12-18 months and acceded 98% in the main group. Results of work are introduced in educational process of department of dermatovenerology of P.L.Shupik National Medical Academy of Post-graduate Education, in medical process of the Kiev city dermato-venerological dispensary and Interdistrict dermato-venerological dispensary №4 of Kiev. Use area - dermatovenerology.
