TThe dissertation develops the essence of the legal supporting of health care financing, denotes the shotcomings of the actual legal acts, suggests the ways of their avoiding. The author analysis such concepts as "medical aid", "health care", "the system of health care", "compulsory health insurance", gives their definition and points out the position and role of the medical branch in the system of finance-legal mechanism of the country.
