Romanjak M. Administrative-law aspects permission activity in ecological security sphere

Thesis is devoted to the solve science task as to improvement of administrative-law regulation permission activity in ecological security sphere. In the work it is analyzing theoretic-law aspects of ecological security. For this it is analyzing conception of ecological security and national, which correlating as general and special. It is detaching stubborn lines of ecological security and proposing the definition of conception. Also it is analyzing main law ways in activity ecological security, which established in legal law and should the restricts to action that types of business activity, which had bad influence to ecology, worsening it condition and leading in control for maintaining established restrictions by law. These restrictions is regulating permission regime.
