Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of normative base on the efficiency and competitiveness evaluation of educational services of institutes of higher education of the Ukraine. The analysis of domestic and foreign literature concerning the evaluation of efficiency and competitiveness of educational services of institutes of higher education. The methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the experience of institutes of higher education using cluster analysis, expert evaluation, probability theory and mathematical statistics, applications "MathCAD", "Mat Lab" and "Statistica". An improved method for evaluation of competitiveness of educational services based on the experience of the proposed technology of choice in competitiveness indicators, which can increase the competitiveness of the specialists The obtained results allowed to improve the training system for enterprises leaders by development and introduction of normative documents as to organization and teaching of higher and middle link leaders on questions of management and enterprises quality audit. The standards projects, such as "Educational services. Efficiency evaluation method" and "Educational services. Competitiveness evaluation method" were developed.
