Netsyuk O. Stomach Structural Changes after Surgical Treatment of Sick People with Ulcer

The thesis presents the evaluation of surgical treatment results of ulser complicated forms at the far post-operative periods of patients being operated with a use of classical stomach resections due to Billroth-II and Billroth-I and organs-saving and organs-protecting operations. It has been studied morphological, morphometrical changes in part of tissue of stomach mucous membrane at the time of endoscopic examination. It has been revealed that 84,8% of the patients were diagnosed as having symptoms of after-operation chronicle gastritis. As evaluating local immunal reaction in stomach mucous membrane it has been stated strong activated process of the mucous membrane protection at chronicle gastritis. It has been revealed correlated connection between the types of after-operation chronicle gastritis and the character of osteoporosis changes at the lumber vertebrae as densinometric examination data. It has been proved that appearance of chronicle gastritis after stomach resections due to Billroth-II results in development osteopenia syndrome and osteoporosis at the far periods. It has been underlined apparent decreasing mineral density of the lumber vertebrae bone tissue due to indicators of absolute and relative data of the lumber vertebrae bone tissue of the patients having had resected operative interference at stomach an the old-aged groups. It has been elaborated the schemes of differentiated treatment and preventive inspection of the structural changes in operated stomach and mineral density of the bone tissue.
