Essay

Subject of research-the process of development of human resources of railway transport staff. Target-definition of human resources of rail transport staff theoretical base and creation of practical recommendations as for the right methods of its development, basing on integral cooperation with the other economic entities. Methods-abstract and logical method, systematic approach, method of expert evaluations, graphic method, method of logical model creation. Practical importance of the results-using of the result will give possibility to increase the effectiveness of the functioning, competitiveness of the railway enterprises and enterprises of other economic fields on the base of consolidation of their efforts for the human resources development, favor to increasing of innovative staff activity. It will give possibility to increase educational level of the staff, qualification, to strengthen the organization structure. Level of introduction-some of matters, which were proposed in the thesis work, have been taken into consideration while doing of development of the strategic program of human resources. Partially they were introduced to the activity of rail enterprises for improvement of the moral stimulation system and used in the learning process of the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport while learning of economic disciplines. Scientific novelty of the results-the theoretical and methodological base of the human resources of rail staff development were created and substantiated. They considered necessity of the cooperation in research and education system, creative field of activity. They foresee the creation of integrated system of knowledge generation and usage. The conception of human resources of railway staff was proposed. This system makes clear its organization structure and parts. Concept matters of the system of moral and financial stimulation were presented with the target of development of human resources. It was created the methodological approach to the evaluation of the research, education and creating sections of rail enterprises effectiveness. Theoretical aspects of the human recourses reproduction were considered in the part of definition of the industrial features, introduction of changing of reproduction types on the different stages of the life cycle of the human recourses on the private and enterprise level.Field of usage-transportation and industrial activity.
