Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency of infringements of reproductive health women have transferred apoplexia of ovarium on the basis of studying at them clinical-ehografical and endocrinological features, and also working out and introduction of a complex of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions. The remote consequences apoplexia of ovarium depending on the form and methods of the spent rehabilitation are studied. Major factors of risk and feature of clinical semiology are established at different forms apoplexia of ovarium. Dynamics of restoration ovulatorial - menstrual cycle at the women who were transferring apoplexia of ovarium and not receiving rehabilitation actions is shown. Features of a clinical current of pregnancy and sorts, and also perinatal outcomes delivery at the women who have transferred different forms apoplexia of ovarium are shown. Necessity of improvement of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions at these patients is scientifically proved. Comparative aspects of risk factors and frequency of the basic clinical symptoms apoplexia of ovarium are studied. Necessity of studying ehografical criteria of differential diagnostics apoplexia of ovarium with an aggravation chronic salpingooforite, a sharp appendicitis and extra-uterine pregnancy is shown. A quality monitoring behind a clinical current and efficiency of spent rehabilitation actions is offered. The algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions for decrease in frequency of infringements of reproductive health and gestation complications at the women who have transferred apoplexia of ovarium is offered and introduced.
