Romanska D. The Forming of Investment Attractivness for Agricultural Land-tenure in the Conditions of Land Relations Transformation

The dissertation deepens theoretical and methodological bases for the investment in agricultural land-tenure and the forming of its investment attractivness in the conditions of land relations transformation, which unlike the existent ones, are seen in the context of ecology and economical relations to the organisation of land-tenure and land protection. For the first time, it is offered methodological and methodical approaches to forming the investment attractivness for agricultural land-tenure in the conditions of new land relations which define the core of investment in land-tenure, their classification criterion and distinguished the main factors that fluence on its investment attractivness. It is worked up the algorithm of index calculating for integral estimation of investment attractivness for agricultural land-tenure in the borders of administrative-territorial formations that includes the ecologically economic fitness of arable lands, the location of land-tenure of administrative and territorial formations in the region, standard monetary estimation of arabal lands and infrustructural equipment. It is perfected the method of estimation of investment attractivness for arabal lands in the projects of the system of land-tenure.
