Bortnyk V. Formation and efficiency of use of agricultural enterprises personnel potential

Object of research: personnel potential of agricultural enterprises of Cherkasy region, processes of its reproduction, development and use in market transformation. The purpose of research: development of theoretical and practical principles of formation and use of personnel potential as the basis of efficiency increasing, competitiveness of agricultural production. Methods: abstract logic, monographic, logic synthesis, calculative and constructive, group, correlation-regression. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical and conceptual approaches and practical suggestions could be used for personnel development programs at national, regional and local levels. Scientific novelty: the first proposed conceptual approach to the formation of personnel potential of agricultural enterprises, based on a system-functional and adaptive phases of the principles of reproduction, development and use of personnel with regard to its constituent elements; developed organizational and management principles of construction of personnel services that will ensure quality monitoring and planning of personnel, coordination of their actions, redistribution of functions, realization of the goals defined development strategy with specific agricultural production, characteristics of the formation of human resources in enterprises different size and legal form of management.
