Lazor A. Forming and functioning of representative organs of local self-government in Ukraine

In dissertation on the basis of analysis of professional domestic and foreign literature, legislative acts in the field of local self-government, practical materials, statistical information and information of international electronic network the "Internet" probed methodological, normatively legal and organizationally functional frameworks of forming and functioning of the modern system of local self-government in Ukraine. Forming of general composition of self-governing representative organs is described. Probed methodological works from noted problem and certainly basic directions of researches of functioning of representative organs of local self-government in Ukraine, a concept and category vehicle is improved.
