Essay

The dissertation presents a self-directed and completed scientific work. This is an in-depth study of problems of mortgage agreement, which provides a comprehensive analysis of general theoretical and practical problems, key theoretical mortgage agreement structures as well as mortgage relations arising out of them. The study also includes propositions and recommendations on improvement and efficient application of legal framework in the area of mortgage relations.
