Alpatova I. Informational technologies of the estimation environmental influence on the industrial region populations skin disease

Thesis for the candidate degree in medical sciences іn specialty 14.03.11 - medical and biological informatics and cybernetics. The thesis is dedicated to problems development of informational technologies for study of the influence of various groups of environmental impacts on the state of the skin and subcutaneous fat of the population of environmentally hazardous terrains are considered. Approaches and methods of evaluation of the dependence of skin diseases on living conditions are described. The results of analysis of skin and subcutaneous fat disease incidence among, the population of Dnepropetrovsk with consideration for their ecological state are presented. The results of investigation of the influence of types of air pollution on skin disease incidence are presented. Procedures for the prediction of skin disease incidence depending on the forecast of change in the ecological characteristics of terrains based on cytologic test data are considered. The results of the choice and adaptation of apparatus methods of skin condition diagnosis for mass examinations of the population of environmentally hazardous terrains are presented.
