Оbject - is postoperative hernia of the abdominal wall; Research purpose - To improve the results of medical treatment of patients with postoperativ hernias of the abdominal wall by optimization of choice of method of the plastic arts taking into account the prophylaxis of increase of introabdominal pressure and development of structural changes in fabrics of hernia defect; Methods - are common clinical, biochemical, laboratory, instrumental, histological, gistochemistry, immunomorfological, bacteriological, statistical-analytical methods; Novelty - By an author on the basis of results of complex research the system is created; it allows to set the place of every concrete clinical casse in this system, to make a conclusion about its prognosis, volume and sequence of conducting of medical measures. Morphological criteria of unfavorable prognosis of gernioplastic of postoperative hernias are established; The objective criteria of indications to gernioplastic among the patients with postoperative hernias on the basis of indexes of morphological research of fabrics of hernia defect, indexes of introabdominal pressure are developed. New methods of gernioplastik among the patients with postoperative hernias are improved and developed; Results - Introduction of own developments allowed to decrease the number of postoperative complications from 44,4% to 25,5%, and relapses - from 31,1% to 0,6%; аll the methods are introduced in a medical practice, educational process;branch-medicine.
