Petryshyn N. The strategic planning technologies of machine-building enterprises activity

The object of the research is a process of the strategic planning on machine-building enterprises. The aim of the work lies in the treatment of theoretical and applied elements of the machine-building enterprises strategic planning technologies formation and development. The author used methods of comparative analysis, systematization and generalization, questionnaire survey, systematic approach, grid analysis, structural logical reflection. The theoretical value consists in: adjusting of the scientific achievements according to the strategic planning process, particularly in the explanation of the categorial scientific definitions (strategic planning, strategic operation, strategic management, the technology of the strategic planning etc.); improving of the classification of the strategic planning technologies and the factors, which determine their selection, as well as of the typical strategic planning technology sequence by the interconnected stages allocating. The scientific novelty lies in the methodical statements according to the machine-building enterprises active strategic planning technologies' analysis, methodical statements according to the grounding of the production strategy selection for the machine-building enterprises on the basis of the priority selection criteria identification and potentially available productive strategies' system formation, as well as the system of the indicators of the strategies achieving efficiency evaluating on the machine-building enterprises. The subject of the investigation is theoretical methodical and applied principles of machine-building enterprises strategic planning technologies' formation and development. The author's recommendations are used for the strategic planning technologies selection, strategic indicators system formation, the strategy achievement efficiency evaluating and for productive strategies selection by native machine-building enterprises. The sphere of author's recommendations application is the enterprises of native machine-building complex.
