Luzan L. Diagnostic and endoscopy treatment of tuberculosis of trachea and bronchial tubes.

On clinical material (110 patients with a tuberculosis with the specific defeat of mucus tracheobronchial tree) the studied efficiency of standard methods of research of common is in pulmonology and phthisiology in foreshortening of informing them for diagnosticating of different forms of tubercular inflammation of mucus shell of trachea and bronchial tubes; certainly bronchological, roentgenologic, functional signs of different forms of specific defeat of mucus shell of TBD; protocol of diagnostics of tubercular bronchitis is developed. The method of control of efficiency action of medicinal preparation is developed and inculcated at treatment of different forms of tuberculosis of bronchial tubes. It is proved that addition of antimycobacterium therapy of patients with tuberculosis with the specific defeat of mucus shell of TBD instrumental with an endoscopic methods of treatment intensification the process of treatment of tuberculosis on the whole, and allows to minimize final cicatrical changes in bronchial tubes.
