Kostyshyn L. Forensic-chemical investigation of the clomipramine and the melipramine

Object - tricyclic antidepressants clomipramine and melipramine; aim - elaboration scheme of chemical-toxicological examination of biological material on clomipramine and melipramine presence; methods - chemical (qualitative tests), spectroscopy (UV, IR, NMR, and chromato-mass), extraction-photocolourimetric, HPLC and TLC, isolation from biological material; novelty - for the first time was provided systematic chemical-toxicological investigation of clomipramine and melipramine; results - is provided complex forensic-chemical investigation of clomipramine and melipramine, compared isolation techniques, are worked out methods of identification and quantitiative detrmination of investigated objects, proposed new effective and express method of isolation of clomipramine and melipramine and their metabolites from biomaterials (blood and urine). Methods of extracts purification using TLC and Gel-chromatography are proposed. Clomipramine and melipramine distribution in the organs of poisoned animals and terms of their keeping in the biomaterials are investigated. The scheme of chemical-toxicological analysis of clomipramine, melipramine and metabolites in biomaterials is worked out; improved to studing to National Pharmaceutical University, Zaporizhzhya State Medical University and to practice of Lviv Bureau of Forensic-medical Examinations; branch - pharmacy.
