Yarmak O. Intellectual services as a factor of innovative development

Object of research: system of social and economic relations apropos production, an exchange and use of intellectual services in the conditions of transition to innovative type of economic development. A research objective: a substantiation of theoretic-methodological bases of definition of the economic maintenance and kinds of intellectual services and working out on this basis of practical recommendations concerning optimization of their role in innovative development of national economy. Methods: the system-structural approach, the functional analysis, methods of comparative characteristics and theoretical modelling. Results, novelty: classification of kinds of interorganizational networks of intellectual services according to criterion of level of interaction of participants Is developed. It is proved, that in conditions transformation economy there is a valuable divergence in an estimation capital-creating and innovation roles of intellectual services. The methodological approach of isolation and estimation of intellectual services on the basis of certain criteria is improved.
