Essay

The scientific work is dedicated to the improvement of diagnostics, elaboration of effective methods of prophylaxis and treatment of perioperative myocardial infarction in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting, fulfilled on pump and off pump. Complex methods of myocardial infarction diagnostics and therapeutic approaches to the treatment of these patients were elaborated. Algorithm of actions in case of patients' destabilization after coronary artery bypass grafting was elaborated. Method of intraaortic balloon counterpulsation was introduced for treatment of perioperative myocardial infarction.
