The peculiarities of local self-government as the object of financing, principles of financing of charges of local self-government are formulated, the features of financial legal relationships which arise up in the field of local self-government are certain, the structure of financial resources of local self-government is described, a concept vehicle which allows to understand essence of financing of local self-government is developed.
