Kliagina N. Consideration of cerebral haemodynamics changes in patients suffering from circumscribed alopecia at inclusion to reflexotherapy course

Object of research - circumscribed alopecia. Research objective - rising of treatment efficiency of circumscribed alopecia, the prevention of relapses, by application of method of reflexotherapy, on the basis of establishment of role of disturbances of microcirculatory bed of skin and cerebral hemodynamic and features of vegetative nervous system in pathogenesis of the given disease. Research methods: clinical, dopplerographic, rheographic, capillarosopic, acupunctural, statistical methods. The thesis is devoted to improvement of pathogenetic therapy methods for patients suffering from circumscribed alopecia and is based on investigation of cerebral haemodynamics and skin haemomicrocirculation peculiarities, and vegetative nervous system condition. An original method of complex pathogenetic therapy of circumscribed alopecia patients using reflexotherapy has been developed, scientifically grounded, and implemented into complex treatment of the said patients, which increased therapeutic efficacy, shortened the required treatment period, decreased the patients' "medicamental load", and promoted persistent and prolonged remission. Results of work are introduced in work of the Dermatovenerologic dispensary №3 of Kiev, the Dermatovenerologic dispensary of Solomensky district of Kiev, in educational process of department of dermatovenerology and department of neurology and reflexotherapy of P.L.Shupik National Medical Academy of Post-graduate Education.
