Belichenko A. State regulation of the providing population with medicines

Object of research: process of state regulation of the medicinal providing of population in Ukraine. Purpose: ground of theoretical bases and scientific-methodical recommendations on perfection of mechanism of state regulation of process of the medicinal providing of population. Methods: system, dialectical, generalizations, scientific abstraction, are sociological, supervision, expert questioning, raising of experiment, mathematical and statistical. Results: the complex mechanism of state regulation of providing of population by medications is improved and methodical positions and practical measures on his introduction are developed. Novelty: the theoretical and methodical bases of development of the united system of pricing on basic medications and reimbursement their costs to the conditions obligatory medical insurance are grounded; essence of notion "mechanism of state regulation of providing of population by medications" is specified. It is inculcated in activity of Government service of medications and wares of the medical setting of Ministry of health protection of Ukraine. Areas of use: public administration, regional administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
