Kozir N. Correction of climacteric infringements at women with a good-quality pathology of mammary glands.

Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency and a step of weight of climacteric infringements at women with a good-quality pathology of mammary glands on the basis of studying of the basic endocrinological, biochemical and psychological changes, and also improvement and introduction of a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Clinical-psychological features, and also changes endocrinological status and a metabolism at women with climacteric infringements without and against a good-quality pathology of mammary glands are studied. The role of psychosocial factors in genesise developments of climacteric infringements in patients of this group is shown. The role of the differentiated approach for carrying out of replaceable hormonal and metabolic therapy in correction endocrinological and psychovegetative changes at these women is studied. Are developed practical recommendations about decrease in frequency and severity level of climacteric infringements at women without and against a pathology of mammary glands on the basis of use of the differentiated approach to carrying out of replaceable hormonal and metabolic therapy also are introduced.
