In the thesis the theoretical aspects of the understanding of the associativeness as a basic category of the poetic semantic are elucidated. This category takes part in the thinking process on the basis of visual, sound and other associations, unites similar and distant concepts, ensures methodological integrity of linguistic analysis of different genre (poetic and prosal) texts. Associative and semantic field is determined as synthetic model: on the one hand, it is an intertext structure, which determines content concepts of these or those text unifications, on the other hand - it is a method of organization of integrity of a text in its aesthetic apprehension. The analysis of poetic and literary-publicistic prose text of 80-90ies of the XXth centery has proven, that Chornobyl discourse is a separate and individual, a self-sufficient type of language creation with the differentiative features so characteristic of it: a) expressive social direction; b) completely negative axciology; c) associative and semantic subordination to general contstanta image (archisem) - Chornobyl; d) specification of vocabulary. The main associative and semantic groups, such as "Chornobyl", "accident', "zone", "time", "tragedy" in poetic language and "accident", "zone", "responsibility", "time" in prose language are distinguished in Chornibyl fictional discourse. In the context of functional-stylistic, textual, figurative interpretation of indicated types of words their typology was considered. It is determined, that words - "Chornobyl, radioactive, dead, empty, black-white, bitter" are conceptual epithets. The actuality of sems "alert", "fright", "danger", "wire", "uninhabitance", " war", "illness", "fire", "sound", "colour", "death" was established among metaphors, paraphrases and epithetic structures. Metaphorization of Chornobyl images is closely connected with the mechanisms of personafication, zoomorphization (atom, reactor, fire - wild beast (animal), "dragon"), "hto"nization (life-hell, zone-hell). The symbolism in the usage of some plant names (chornobyl, pine-tree), subject realms (cellophane, clock, clock nands) is emphasized.
