Ph.D. Thesis is a complex scientific research covering correlation of administrative responsibility with other types of administrative enforcement. On the basis of analysis of the Ukrainian legislation and study of a great number of scientific sources the author gave complex characteristics of the administrative enforcement. By introducing and explaining of the category "legal form of administrative enforcement implementation" the structure and types of administrative enforcement have been determined. The main problems and shortcomings of administrative enforcement implementation have been determined as well as concrete suggestions for elimination thereof have been made.
