Skakun V. The newest organizational-technological models of preparation of construction.

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of updating of organizational-technological models of preparation of construction and their adaptation to change of functions of the conducting executor: from the general contractor to the developer. The model "Preparation-org-standart" realizes basic innovation in the list, contents and structure of jobs of the preparatory period, subordinating their requirements and standards of the customer to building object on the basis of building development and engineering. As the analytical and practical tool improvement of reliability of display of preparation of construction in calendar models the imitating model "Preparation-stop-risk" is developed. With the help of script-imitating methods she defines (determines) probability and range of changes of organizational-technological parameters of network model of preparation. For the account possible (probable) force majeure circumstances with the purpose of their account in the accepted variant of preparation of construction the developed model "Stop-force majeure". The sharing of models allows to reveal greatest for the customer of the project of danger of a preparatory phase of the project, it is duly to correct its(her) parameters and to carry out more rational distribution of resources of the customer in final variant of preparation of construction.
