Complex research of theoretical, financial-economic, organizational and legal bases of functioning of the system of economic security of enterprise is conducted in dissertation. It is well-proven that for effective defense of management subjects it is necessary to develop the non-state system of safety, as one of major subjects of the system of economic security of enterprise and making national system of safety of enterprise. The analysis of indexes of the state of economic security of enterprise is conducted, the author going is offered near economic security of company from point of its proprietor which consists in the analysis of such indexes as a norm arrived on the inlaid capital; capital (parts) of proprietor augmentation is in an enterprise. Theoretical conclusions are confirmed the analysis of empiric base of financial indexes of functioning of enterprises of a build holding. The ways of perfection of the system of economic security of enterprise are grounded coming from perfection of structure of the indicated system, optimization of national normative base and right base of subject of management, and also offered method of perfection of the system of safety of enterprise.
