Savytska S. Transnationalisaton factors of integration of Ukraine into the world economy

The dissertation is devoted to research of transnationalisation process, in which transnational corporations play the main role, as the key factor of formation of global economy. Influence of investment activity of transnational corporations on national economy development in whole and the competitive environment in particular is considered. The place of Ukraine in the world economy by favourable conditions for business is defined. Preconditions of development of transnationalisation process of Ukrainian economy are investigated, features of transnational activity of the Ukrainian companies and possibility of increasing of their competitive advantages are considered. Practical recommendations to increase efficiency of the national companies and their integration into the world economy are developed.
