Kulchytska O. Constitutional and Legal Status of Deputy Fractions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The dissertation work is dedicated to the study of theoretical and applied problems of constitutional and legal status of deputy fractions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The author's definitions of concepts of association in parliament, deputy group, deputy fraction of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are formulated. Concepts, elements, principles, problems of formation, termination of authorities and mechanisms of responsibility of deputy fractions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are studied. A set of measures for improvement of interaction in activity of deputy fractions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and determination of their constitutional and legal status as a whole are offered.
