Alyonkin O. Constitutional Human Right to Worldview and Religion Liberty in Ukraine

The thesis work is dedicated to study of constitutional human right to worldview and religion liberty and guarantees of its exercise in Ukraine. The doctrinal basics of constitutional definition in Ukraine of human right to worldview and religion liberty are determined in the work. The author determination of the constitutional human right to worldview and religion liberty is formulated. The normative base of constitutional and legal regulation of this subjective right of individual is characterized and the systematization of it is performed. It is determined that the components of this system are international treaties of universal and regional nature and national normative and legal acts of Ukraine. The common public and legal guarantee of exercise of human right to worldview and religion liberty and studied.
