Subject of research - the processes of maize hybrid productivity component formation on the stages of organogenesis and technological grain quality depending on the fertilizer system and protection from weeds. The purpose of research - to establish details of maize hybrid productivity formation depending on technological practices. The research methods are field, measuring and weight, chemical, morphophysiological, mathematical and statistical, comparative-computational. Morphophysiological and biological features of productivity component establishment of maize hybrid of home and foreign breeding are determined; the fertilizer system is optimized and effective methods of the protection of crops from weeds are worked out. It is improved the maize Sluch SV and Mucho hybrid growing technology in the conditions of the Forest-Steppe what secures the obtaining of 10-12 t/ha grain with the protein content up to 13 %. The research results are introduced at the Volodarka district of Kyiv region in 2009 over an area 50 ha as well at the Chortkiv district of Ternopil region in 2009 over an area 75 ha.
