Dissertation is devoted to research of distinctive features of contract in family law relations on comparison from its role in the civil law, specification of influation of norms of the Ukrainian Civil Code on regulation of contractual family relations. The author conclude about expedience of addition of the of Ukrainian Family Code by the separate articles that regulate the methods of providing of obligation execution in family law relation; the necessity of improvement of the separate norms of family legislation, related to the contractual regulation of family relations, is grounded.
