Usupov V. Economic and legal support of state foreign economic politics.

The dissertation is devoted to research of an economic and legal support of state foreign economic politics. The work analyses the peculiarities of factors of influence to the forming of content of state foreign economic politics, its forms and directions. The author gives his own characteristics of economic and legal means of regulation of state foreign economic politics, gives its classification and determines legal matter some of them, especially of such category, as "investment import". Attention is drawn to the analyse of main organization and legal form of state foreign economic politics' realization. The thesis touches upon problems of systematization, perfection of special Ukrainian legislation in the sphere of foreign economic politics of a state and its approximation to the European Union legislation.
