Badyul P. Early surgical and rehabilitative recovery of function in deep injuries of extremities

The thesis is dedicated to the restoration of function in the deep limb injuries due to burns and mechanical injury. To restore the damaged tissue cover were used operations: skin grafting, plastic by composite skin flap and plastic by perforator flaps. To evaluate the effect of treatment defined by the quality of life and functional status of the damaged limbs by standard methods. As a result of the studies determined the dependence of the final result of treatment from timing of surgical treatment and the method of plastic. We prove the effectiveness of physical methods of rehabilitation. The developed algorithm for the local treatment of deep local injuries of extremities, full implementation of which helps to improve the treatment outcome of patients with burns and mechanical damage by 29% in comparable patients who algorithm is not used.
