Opanasyuk V. The institutes of state power establishing in the epoch of Bohdan Khmelnytsky Hetmanate.

The dissertation is complex research of the process of institutes of state power formation in the Hetmanate of B. Khmelnytsky. The environment has been analysed, essential variables have been revealed, and revolutionary character of course of investigated political process has been established. The system of institutes of state power has been analysed in dynamics. The mechanism of the power relations regulation subjects of which were the Heneralna rada, the Hetman, the Rada starshyn, the General government (Heneralna starshyna), the starshyna of local administrations of Hetmanate being revealed. The reasons of state positions strengthening in counterbalance to the isolated centres of the political power and elements of a civil society in the state of B. Khmelnytsky have been established.
